PROFILE...
Aaron is 23 years old and turned Professional late in 2008. Aaron is currently attached to Orton Meadows Golf Course in Cambridgeshire, in the heart of Peterborough, near to the A1. After playing at a high amateur level he decided to take the next step and turned Professional through the PGA. He started his golfing career at the tender age of 13 after watching the Open Championship with a friend. Aaron then started playing at his local pitch and putt course called Thorney Lakes near Peterborough. Peterborough Milton Golf Club was the first course and club Aaron joined where he won numerous competitions and the hearts of the members with his success. Aaron then went on to represent Northamptonshire County Under 18's and Peterborough Milton Golf Club's Scratch team, where he became recognised as a bright talent for the future........

GROUP COACHING
The purpose of the group coaching is to offer you an alternative to traditional individual tuition. In a relaxed, practice session that will include a variety of golf tips and golf drills that will make you a more rounded player.
Whatever your goal you will find the classes enjoyable and effective. You will also enhance your game at a fraction of the price of an individual coaching session. Furthermore it will give you a regular slot in the diary to improve your golf game and meet up with friends - old and new.

The fundamentals of golf will be covered - swing, short game and will include course strategy, rules and etiquette.
10 pupils maximum per session - please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

All golf balls and equipment are provided during the lesson periods. It is essential that all pupils consider the possibility of bad weather and always wear the necessary clothing to keep warm and dry.

FACILITIES FACILITIES
Putting Green
Orton Meadows hosts a large putting green which is located on route to the first tee. With a test of short, Long, Uphill and downhill putts, it is bound to get you ready and prepared for that first putt.
Chipping Green
Located right next to the first tee, its in a great position to practice a few chip shots and get that sharpness ready for the course. A large area where pitch and chip shots can be played from up to 100 yards.
Practice Bunker
Practicing those greenside bunker shots is vital to improving and lowering scores. Orton Meadows hosts a large practice bunker with both a shallow lip and a deep lip.
Practice Area
Located over the railway line on route to the 9th tee is a large practice area where pupils can fire away, the area measures 280 yards in length, which leaves most average golfers enough room to tee up the driver. With well kept turf it beats hitting balls of a range matt anyday.

Golfer Lauren Taylor has been named BBC Young Sports Personality of the Year.
The English teenager became the youngest winner of the Ladies' British Open Amateur Championship when she took the title in June aged only 16.
Taylor played in the senior Women's British Open, represented Europe in the Junior Solheim Cup and is ranked 20th in the women's amateur world rankings.
Now 17, Taylor, from Woburn Golf Club, beat cyclist Lucy Garner and swimmer Eleanor Simmonds to the award.
The decision was made by a panel chaired by BBC Sport presenter John Inverdale.
The youngster made a memorable debut on the Ladies European Tour, qualifying for the Slovak Open and then hitting a hole in one during the first round.
Taylor helped England win a silver medal at the European Girls Team Championships and was also a member of England's winning Ladies' Home Internationals team.

Lee Westwood successfully defended his big overnight lead to retain the Nedbank Golf Challenge title in Sun City.
The world number three led by seven shots after shooting 62 in round three, and although it was eventually whittled down to just two the Englishman was rarely threatened on the final day.
Graeme McDowell made the early move to get within four strokes but his challenge faltered on the back nine and in the end a one-over-par 73 from Westwood was more than good enough.
